This recipe is easy to cook , simple to learn and crispy to eat with few ingredients.
Ingredients Required:
1) 4 Bread slices
2) Vegetables like 1 onion,1 tomato,2 capsicum,1 carrot
3)Fresh milk cream(malai) 3 table spoon
4)2 table spoon Suji (Indian wheat, granulated but not pulverized; a kind of semolina)
5) Salt one fourth tablespoon(according to taste), 2 chillies, Garam masala less than one fourth of tablespoon(for taste only/ u can add 2-3 pinches)
Recipe
Cut the onion,tomato,capsicum,carrot in small pieces in a bowl.Add milk cream,suji,salt,garam masala and chopped chillies in it. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a mixture.Now apply this mixture uniformly on one side of bread slice.Take non stick tawa and place it on burner.When it get heated then put some drops of refined oil on it. Then place the bread slice on which you have applied the ingredients.Cook it for few minutes on one side and turn to its other side having mixture.use wooden stick to turn the sides .And take care mixture must stick to the slice.when it turns to light brown then remove it from tawa and place other slice. Serve the cooked one with Tomato Ketchup.
